Customer Service Associate – Temp to Hire
Location: Lakewood, WA
Starting Pay: $16.66 - $17
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM (Some Saturdays Required)
We are looking for a Customer Service Associate to join one of client teams in Lakewood, WA. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity with room for growth.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service via phone, in person, and email
- Assist with product pricing and showroom staging
- Maintain quality control standards
- Handle cash transactions as needed
- Work as part of a team-oriented environment
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills (fluent in English)
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- A positive attitude and ability to multitask
- Basic math, spelling, and grammar proficiency
- A team player with a flexible mindset
