Environmental Field Project Manager (Stack)
Multiple locations- California, Louisiana, Oregon, Texas, Washington
The client offers environmental services in permitting, assessment, measurement, analysis, and remediation to clients in both industry and government across the U.S. The Field Project Manager will manage all aspects of the field testing for air pollution monitoring programs, ensuring high-quality service and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop test plans, safety protocols, and assist with project proposals, protocols, and reports.
- Coordinate and oversee field testing logistics, including equipment, research, travel, regulatory interactions, and more.
- Manage project schedules and ensure proper execution of testing methods with minimal supervision.
- Lead and mentor the field testing team to ensure efficient, safe, and cost-effective project completion.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and address quality assurance issues.
- Communicate effectively with clients, government agencies, and laboratory teams to maintain strong client relationships.
Qualifications:
- Education: Associate's degree or higher in biology, chemistry, math, or engineering (preferred).
- Experience: 2-5 years of field source testing experience.
- Certifications: QSTI Groups 1-4 (and/or 5), and compliance with drug testing and DOT requirements.
- Skills: Proficient in EPA methods, laboratory QA/QC, and Microsoft Office. Ability to manage budgets and prioritize tasks.
Preferred: Exceptional time management, ability to handle high-stress situations, and skills in teaching and training others in EPA methods.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $97,776.00 - $104,821.00 per year
