Fulfillment Specialist
SmartTalent Kirkland is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Fulfillment Specialist to join our team for a temporary opportunity with our client in the IT/Gaming industry. This role is essential in ensuring the accurate preparation, packaging, and deployment of hardware and software products. The ideal candidate will have experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, and shipping, with a strong aptitude for working with PC-based systems.
LOCATION: Kirkland, WA
PAY: $22-$26
*Pay depends on shift and experience level
SCHEDULE:
Monday – Friday 10am - 6pm

Key Responsibilities:
· Pull and prepare orders from onsite stock for shipment.
· Package hardware securely and print/place shipping labels.
· Deploy software and conduct quality assurance (QA) checks on pre-deployed devices.
· Maintain inventory accuracy by tracking stock in the inventory management system.
· Support inventorying, restocking, and maintaining an organized storage area.
· Disinfect and retrofit used devices for redeployment.
· Ensure a clean and organized workspace to support efficient operations.
· Assist the Clinical Operations Manager and operations staff with additional tasks as needed.
Requirements:
· Experience in inventory, warehouse, and/or shipping and receiving roles.
· Hands-on experience using an inventory management system.
· Strong PC aptitude and ability to work with software-based deployment processes.
· Ability to lift and move inventory items as needed.
· Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
