SmartTalent Lynnwood is seeking to hire an experienced Janitorial associate for a medical clinic in Everett. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a clinical setting and have previous janitorial experience.

LOCATION: Everett, WA    

Pay: $19 - $20 DOE 

SCHEDULE:     

Monday – Friday; 5pm - 10pm

Job Duties/Responsibilities:    

·        Adheres to established cleaning routines on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis as directed by the supervisor.

·        Utilizes appropriate cleaning methods in alignment with product guidelines to support environmental infection control.

·        Operates equipment and handles supplies correctly to ensure effective use.

·        Completes assigned tasks independently with minimal oversight.

·        Requests necessary supplies and equipment to carry out cleaning and maintenance tasks.

·        Ensures building security and safety by securing doors after hours and verifying the proper use of electrical appliances to prevent hazards.

·        Follows protocols for chemical cleaners and power equipment to avoid damage to floors and fixtures.

·        Reports any significant repair needs or necessary upgrades to building systems to management.

·        Maintains consistent attendance to support daily operations and uphold continuity of patient care.

Qualifications:   

·        Reads, speaks, understands and writes proficiently in English.

·        Works independently and is self-directed.

·        Works effectively in a team environment.

·        Organizes, prioritizes, and coordinates multiple activities and tasks.

·        Works with initiative, energy and effectiveness in a fast-paced environment.

·        Remains calm and effective in high pressure and emergency situations.

·        Produces work in high quantity and quality.

·        Possesses a basic understanding of electrical, plumbing and other building systems.

·        Possesses a basic understanding of janitorial equipment and supplies.
