Machine Operator / General Labor
SmartTalent has multiple openings for Machine Operators / General labor for one of North America’s largest post-tension companies in Marysville. Ideal candidates will have previous machine operation, construction, or manufacturing.
LOCATION: Marysville, WA
PAY: $21 - $22
SCHEDULE: Monday – Friday 7am – 330pm

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Operate and maintain equipment used in the post-tensioning process, including cutting, stressing, and fabrication machines.
• Handle and prepare materials such as cables, anchors, and concrete reinforcement components.
• Assist with loading and unloading materials, ensuring proper storage and organization.
• Follow safety protocols and company procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
• Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on machinery and tools.
• Work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
• Support additional labor tasks as needed in the production process.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and abilities:
• Previous experience in construction, manufacturing, or machine operation is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) and perform physical labor in various conditions.
• Willingness to learn and follow safety guidelines and operating procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic mechanical skills and ability to operate hand and power tools.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
