Marketing Assistant

SmartTalent is seeking a highly organized and proactive Creative Assistant to support our client’s creative team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creativity, a strong knowledge of Adobe products (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.), and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. LOCATION: Renton, WA

PAY: $24-$30

SCHEDULE: Mon-Fr, 8:00am – 4:30pm

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

·        Assist in the creation and design of labels, patterns, and other marketing materials.

·        Support the development and maintenance of visual assets for social media platforms.

·        Assist with the design and production of look books and promotional content.

·        Organize and maintain creative files, ensuring everything is easily accessible and up-to-date.

·        Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that all creative materials are aligned with brand guidelines.

·        Stay proactive in identifying new creative opportunities and suggesting improvements to existing processes.

·        Assist with other creative tasks and projects as needed.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

·        Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

·        Familiarity with other Adobe products is a bonus (InDesign, After Effects, etc.).

·        Comfortable with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.).

·        Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

·        Proactive, self-starter attitude with a strong attention to detail.

·        Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

·        Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

·        Knowledge of knitting and crochet is a bonus, but not required.

·        Previous experience in a creative assistant or similar role is a plus.
