Office Assistant
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong Microsoft Word skills, excellent grammar and editing abilities, and proficient filing skills. This role requires flexibility, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential documentation with the utmost professionalism.
LOCATION: Lynnwood, WA
Pay: $20 - $22 DOE
SCHEDULE:
Monday – Friday 1pm – 5pm (Part Time Hours)

Job Duties/Responsibilities:
• Create, edit, and format documents in Microsoft Word with accuracy and efficiency.
• Proofread and edit documents to ensure proper grammar, spelling, and clarity.
• Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical, for easy document retrieval.
• Handle confidential documentation with discretion and comply with privacy policies.
• Assist with general office tasks, including data entry, scheduling, and correspondence.
• Support various departments with administrative duties as needed.
• Adapt to changing priorities and take on new tasks as required.
Qualifications:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong grammar, spelling, and editing skills.
• Excellent organizational and filing abilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information responsibly.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Previous administrative or office experience preferred.
