SmartTalent is seeking a motivated Sales Representative for a growing company in the signage and graphics industry. LOCATION: Lynnwood, WA
Pay: $24 - $26DOE
SCHEDULE:
Monday – Friday; 830am –530pm (flexible)

Key Responsibilities:
· Hunting for New Business: Proactively identify, research, and pursue new client opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
· Client Engagement: Meet face-to-face with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and recommend customized signage solutions.
· Sales Presentations: Deliver persuasive sales pitches and product demonstrations to decision-makers across various industries.
· Building Relationships: Establish and maintain strong, long-term client partnerships to drive repeat business and referrals.
· Hitting Sales Goals: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, closing deals and maximizing revenue opportunities.
· Market Awareness: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
· Process & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates in the CRM system.
· Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including production and installation, to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Requirements:
· Proven experience in outside sales, field sales, or a similar role (B2B experience preferred).
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills—you can engage and persuade diverse audiences.
· Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive with a strong drive for success.
· Excellent time management and organizational skills to balance multiple accounts and projects.
· A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required at the time of conversion.
