SmartTalent is hiring for a Food Production company in Woodinville. This is a Temp to Hire Batcher position that offer full time hours. Ideal candidate will have Food Production experience, be able to lift 50lbs consistently, and be motivated to learn and grow.
LOCATION: Woodinville, WA
SCHEDULE: Day shift: 5am – 3:30pm, M – TH
PAY: $19-$20

Job Duties/Responsibilities:
· Accurately measure and weigh ingredients using scales and measuring equipment.
· Follow recipes and production specifications to ensure the correct quantity of each ingredient is used.
· Maintain a clean and organized work area, including weighing stations and equipment, to prevent cross-contamination and ensure food safety.
· Report any discrepancies or issues with ingredient quality, quantity, or packaging to the supervisor.
· Follow all safety and sanitation protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
· Collaborate with the production team to meet production goals and deadlines.
· Assist in maintaining inventory levels of ingredients and notify the appropriate personnel when supplies are running low.
· Perform routine equipment maintenance and calibration as needed.
· Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to food safety and quality control.
· Participate in training sessions and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance job knowledge and skills.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
· Food manufacturing experience required
· Strong mathematical skills – measuring and calculations
· Able to stand for up to 8 hours and lift up to 50 lbs consistently
· Punctual with strong attendance
