Project Manager
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee projects from inception to completion within a fast-paced manufacturing environment specializing in high-quality woodworking and millwork. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure project success.
LOCATION: Woodinville, WA
PAY: $37 - $38
*Pay depends on shift and experience level
SCHEDULE:
Monday - Friday- 6am - 230pm

Key Responsibilities:
· Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
· Coordinate with internal teams, including production, design, and procurement, to align project objectives and expectations.
· Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and providing project updates.
· Oversee quality control measures to maintain high manufacturing standards.
· Identify and mitigate project risks while implementing process improvements for efficiency.
· Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
Qualifications:
· 3 years of project management experience in a manufacturing or woodworking environment.
· Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
· Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
· Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
· Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience in millwork, cabinetry, or woodworking manufacturing.
· PMP certification or equivalent experience.
