Brake Press / Punch Press Operator
SmartTalent Kirkland is seeking to hire an experienced Punch Press Operator / Brake Press Operator for a manufacturing company based in Monroe, WA. Ideal candidate will have previous experience operating a Punch Press Machine.
LOCATION: Monroe, WA
PAY: $18 - $25
*Pay depends on shift and experience level
SCHEDULE:
Monday – Thursday 5am - 330pm

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Set up and operate Brake / Punch press machines to cut, shape, and form metal parts.
· Adjust machine settings to ensure accuracy and efficiency in production.
· Inspect finished products to verify quality and adherence to specifications.
· Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment.
· Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.
· Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production instructions.
· Monitor machine operation to detect malfunctions and make necessary adjustments.
· Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and abilities:
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· Previous experience as a punch press operator or in a manufacturing environment preferred.
· Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
· Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
· Ability to lift 50lbs and stand for extended periods.
· Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures in a manufacturing setting.
