What are the responsibilities and job description for the Seafood Production position at SmartTalent?
SmartTalent is hiring for a Seafood Production at a well-known, national seafood processing company. The job location is Everett, WA and is a temp-to-hire position. :)
Schedule: 6:00AM- 4:30PM Monday- Friday working 5/10’s
Pay: $18.00hr
Responsibilities:
● Load fish on filet machine, take pin bones that were missed off filets
● Load filet on conveyor to be skinned and then load on racking table
● Pull fish from cooler, laid onto bettcher tables
● Load onto slicer, weigh filet to specification and arrange to make look nice
● Put filets into bags and vacuum sealer
● Load filets into skinner machine
● Load filets on rakes to be seasoned and smoked
Requirements:
● Must be able to work in a Seafood processing setting (Allergies)
● Learn and follow all manufacturing procedures (GMP) to avoid food contamination.
● Must wear hair net, rubber gloves, boots and smock that client will provide
● Must be able to perform physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body such as lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, etc.
