Supply Chain Controller

The position can be based in Sealy TX, Lyndhurst NJ, or Marion OH

Overview-

A global leader in innovation and sustainability, is looking for a Supply Chain Controller to join their Finance team. This role will report to the Senior Director of Supply Chain and is responsible for optimizing warehouse and logistics costs, enhancing operational efficiency, and supporting data-driven decisions in the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs (e.g., delivery accuracy, storage utilization, transportation costs) and generate reports for management.
• Cost Efficiency: Analyze and manage logistics and warehousing costs to identify savings and develop strategies for reducing transportation, warehousing, labor, and inventory costs.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Use analytics and predictive modeling to support logistics and warehousing decisions.
• Inventory Optimization: Develop inventory strategies tailored to regional demand.
• Continuous Improvement: Lead process enhancements using lean methodologies and automation.
• Collaboration: Partner with senior leadership and teams across the organization to align operational goals.
• Financial Systems: Support the implementation or upgrade of financial systems.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's in supply chain management, Finance, or related field.
• Experience: 10 years in supply chain controlling, logistics, or warehousing within manufacturing environments.
• Skills: Proficient in cost analysis, performance monitoring, data analytics (e.g., Power BI), project management, and leadership.
• Key Traits: Strong communication, adaptability, and a focus on continuous improvement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
