Job Description :
- Lean Manufacturing Implementation: Coordinate and apply Lean Manufacturing principles to optimize material flow and gain a thorough understanding of the manufacturing process.
- Tactical Projects: Focus on safety, recovery improvements, training, and production efficiency. Lead and support projects related to process improvements, capital projects, and reliability excellence.
- Problem-Solving: Execute problem-solving initiatives to address process and machine improvements. Flexibility to work off-shifts as needed to support these efforts.
Basic Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent (GED) from an accredited institution.
- 8 years of manufacturing experience.
- U.S. person status as defined by International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) which includes U.S. Citizens, U.S. Permanent Residents (Green Card Holders), Political Asylees, or Refugees.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States; Visa sponsorship is not available.
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
- 3 years of supervisory experience.
- Experience with aluminum casting processes.
- Proficiency in applying Lean Manufacturing principles in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong skills in business, technical analysis, and problem-solving.
