Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and enforcement of architecture governance and standards, ensuring compliance with supply chain technology standards.
- Collaborate with supply chain and senior leadership to align system architectures with business objectives and long-term vision.
- Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, platforms, and frameworks for supply chain systems, providing recommendations on emerging technologies.
- Translate business and technical requirements into scalable, secure, and efficient system designs.
- Define system integration approaches, ensure interoperability of components, and support development teams throughout implementation.
- Develop, document, and communicate system architecture designs to create accessible, comprehensive resources.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as a system architect, particularly within SAP ERP systems (procure-to-pay), ARIBA, and tools for tactical/predictive procurement, inventory management, and demand planning.
- Framework Knowledge: Proficiency with architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or Zachman is preferred.
- Technology Skills: Knowledge of Agile methodologies, cloud computing, DevSecOps, IoT, edge computing, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Agile project management.
- Familiarity with architecture documentation and system reliability practices.
- Experience with process orchestration to improve collaboration and efficiency across the organization.
