What You’ll Do:
Lead with Vision
- Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Drive business development through outbound initiatives, partnerships, and community involvement.
- Build strong relationships with key clients to ensure repeat business and positive referrals.
Manage & Inspire
- Lead, coach, and empower a team of 5 Event Sales Specialists across 4 dynamic markets.
- Set clear goals, conduct regular check-ins, and provide ongoing training and support.
- Standardize best practices to ensure excellence in execution across all locations.
Own the Event Experience
- Oversee end-to-end event coordination to ensure client satisfaction and brand consistency.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and marketing to deliver smooth, standout events.
- Gather feedback and continuously improve event services and guest experiences.
Expand & Engage
- Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Represent Smash Park at industry events, networking functions, and community gatherings.
- Forge partnerships with local businesses and organizations to boost visibility and bookings.
What You Bring:
- 5 years of proven success in sales leadership—ideally in hospitality, entertainment, or events.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field (preferred).
- A track record of exceeding revenue goals and leading high-performing sales teams.
- Strong relationship-building skills, with an eye for new opportunities and client retention.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management abilities.
- Experience with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel between market locations.
