What You’ll Do
As General Manager, you will have complete oversight of the venue, managing everything from the day-to-day operations to the guest experience. You’ll lead a diverse team, providing guidance, training, and coaching to ensure our guests have an experience they’ll never forget. Working closely with corporate leadership, you’ll ensure smooth operations, uphold Smash Park’s high standards, and drive performance across all departments.
Key Responsibilities Include :
- Operational Excellence : Oversee a multimillion-dollar operation, including gaming, kitchen, and bar services, ensuring flawless execution in every area.
- Leadership and Team Development : Build, train, and develop a high-performing team by hiring top talent, managing schedules, driving engagement, and ensuring the continued growth of both front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) staff.
- Guest Experience : Engage with guests regularly to ensure their experience exceeds expectations and to cultivate long-term loyalty.
- Community Engagement : Develop strong relationships with local community leaders and organizations to build a loyal customer base and expand the Smash Park brand.
- Operational and Financial Performance : Uphold operating standards, safety procedures, and financial targets to maximize profitability and ensure a seamless venue operation.
- Training and Development : Oversee training, onboarding, and development of all venue staff and kitchen management, ensuring they embody the Smash Park core values.
