Responsibilities include:
- Coordinating event details such as space requirements, food and beverage menus, and game rental requirements with clients
- Providing clients with up-to-date estimates on contracted food, beverage, and rentals, recommending best possible choices within their budget
- Accurately reviewing event information at operations meetings and setting the team up for success
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in sales and customer service
- Excellent communication, time management, and organization skills
- Ability to work on a team and adapt to changing priorities
- Knowledge of Tripleseat sales software and Google Workspace or similar software preferred
