Reports To: Director of Field Marketing & Community Engagement
The Role
As a Marketing Coordinator at Smashburger, you’ll help spread the love for our bold, juicy burgers by supporting marketing campaigns, social media, and local store promotions. You’ll be the go-to for keeping our brand fresh, engaging, and irresistible—because great burgers deserve great marketing!
What You’ll Do
- Support and execute marketing campaigns that get people craving Smashburger.
- Create, schedule, and manage social media content that keeps our fans engaged.
- Assist in planning events, promotions, and local store marketing initiatives.
- Track and analyze marketing performance—because data helps us sizzle smarter!
- Keep our marketing materials fresh and aligned with brand standards.
- Work with internal teams and franchise partners to ensure marketing success.
What it Takes
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1-3 years of marketing experience (restaurant or hospitality experience = a bonus!).
- Creative, social media-savvy, and ready to make an impact.
- Strong writing and content creation skills—your captions are.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and bring high-energy ideas to the table.
- Familiarity with email marketing, design tools, and analytics? Even better!
