The anticipated salary range for this role is between $123,000.00 and $175,000.00. The specific salary offered to an applicant will be based on their individual qualifications, experiences, and an analysis of the current compensation paid in their geography and the market for similar roles at the time of hire. Role Description
Assist in the creation and maintenance of control and reporting structures surrounding the periodic preparation of financials, as well as contribute and engage with stakeholders across multiple business and functional divisions to ensure strategic projects for target operating models are delivered.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate relationships across the organization to ensure transformation efforts are monitored and tracked for completion
- Participate in new product development to support the business and finance functions
- Work cooperatively with internal and external auditors, regulatory examiners, and other parties in the audit / examination processes to mitigate compliance risks
- Work closely with Product Control in strengthening reporting deliverables
- Lead and support the development and implementation of process improvements, automation initiatives, and best practices in Product Control initiatives.
