Role Description
Manage the provisioning and off-boarding of new users and fulfill requests for granting access to secured data or systems. Document IAM processes and system maps of how identities are authenticated and linked across all systems. Support third-party tools and application integrations that utilize IAM infrastructure and support users with authentication issues. Maintain access lists and support requests for reports from internal auditors or external parties.
Role Objectives
Display advanced knowledge of authentication technology and tools, such as Active Directory, LDAP, SAML, and two factor authentication services. Demonstrate understanding of integration and SSO frameworks, APIs, and access control and management tools as well as maintaining insight into the latest access technologies. Show ability to coordinate efforts across multiple teams and third-party vendors to manage the implementation, testing, and support of access integrations. Demonstrate knowledge of polices and controls regarding data sharing and access restrictions between restricted parties.
