Role Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Global Solutions Delivery Coordinator to join our team. This role is pivotal in developing and supporting our global environment, platform, and infrastructure for trading systems. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of networking technologies and functions, including Operations, Architecture and Engineering, Product and Service Management, Business Services, and Finance.
Role Objectives
Develop and manage global solutions and service delivery for trading systems.
Interface directly with internal and external customers, suppliers, and providers.
Collaborate with Architecture, Product Engineering, Design / Implementation Engineering, Release & Deployment Management, Change, Service and Product Management, Finance / Business Management, and Operations teams.
Ensure adherence to standards, product sets, templates, systems, and artifacts.
Maintain effective and detailed communications, understanding the impact of work on the firm's business and reputation.
Drive value, deliver quality, keep commitments, and manage tasks efficiently to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
Present and communicate effectively with various levels of senior management.
Work independently and as part of diverse team settings across multiple locations.
Qualifications and Skills
Proven experience in Operations, Architecture and Engineering, Product and Service Management, Business Services development
Strong understanding of networking technologies and functions.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Japanese to communicate with our HQ in Tokyo.
Ability to manage time effectively and develop tasks efficiently.
Experience interfacing with senior management and various stakeholders.
Commitment to delivering quality and driving value in all tasks.
