The anticipated salary range for this role is between $63,000.00 and $75,000.00. The specific salary offered to an applicant will be based on their individual qualifications, experiences, and an analysis of the current compensation paid in their geography and the market for similar roles at the time of hire. Role Description
Planning. Strategy and Information Services [PSI] is a Group in the BCDAD Division, responsible for the planning and management of operational initiatives for various business units and subsidiaries in the Americas Division. This includes Loan Servicing, Asset Based Financing, Securitizations, Money Transfer and Deposit Operations, and Treasury Operations. Additionally, PSI performs research and development / feasibility of new product offerings and strategic business initiatives required by the Americas Division and / or Head Office. Included in this scope of responsibilities is the development and maintenance of Management Reporting for various business units which provides critical information necessary to conduct its business in the Americas; and supporting users of, and development of certain business critical systems.
Assigned to one of the banks operating units and serve in support of bank operations, and as the single point of contact for all internal, external audits, and regulatory examinations to ensure that BCDAD response is conducted in accordance with company standards.
Role Objectives : Delivery
- Daily monitoring and modifying existing relationships based on party’s requests with departmental approvals.
- Processing new relationship requests with departmental and Head Office approvals
- Revoking RMA relationships per Head Office request
- Accessing and updating data resources in SWIFT Alliance, JGPS-Montran, internal CPAD Sanction SharePoint, FOX Global Portal, and Eworks RMA NA application
- Monthly SWIFT Alliance Book Reconciliatio
- Daily CHIPS maintenance from “The Clearing House” website for adding, amending, and deleting Universal Identification numbers in JGPS-Montran
- Monthly process SWIFT Codes for adding, amending, and deleting in JGPS-Montran
- Periodically process Fedwire ABA Codes for adding, amending, and deleting actions as per requests received from BCDAD’s Paying and Receiving Department.
- Work cross functionally to support projects that resolve issue and implement changes, following a defined project management methodology.
- Support LDO with data governance activities.
Qualifications and Skills
0 - 2 years of experience in Financial Services
BA / BS degree required.
