The anticipated salary range for this role is between $110,000.00 and $165,000.00. The specific salary offered to an applicant will be based on their individual qualifications, experiences, and an analysis of the current compensation paid in their geography and the market for similar roles at the time of hire. Role Description
Deliver and implement learning curricula to support the enhancement of employee skills, competencies and development. Recommend strategic learning interventions designed to increase individual and organizational productivity and performance. Create content and materials that support business results, the overall learning strategy and employee development.

- Recommend strategic learning interventions (across multiple delivery methods and formats) designed to increase individual and organizational productivity and performance.
- Create content and materials that support business results, the overall learning strategy and develop employees.
- Work with the firm's LMS (learning management system) platform and / or directly partner with global learning team to ensure appropriate deployment, tracking and training of the workforce.
- Generate and / or analyze learning-related reporting to present / communicate results to applicable stakeholders.
- Conduct needs analysis and consistently evaluate learning results to proactively identify gaps, trends and new opportunities to improve learning interventions.
