The anticipated salary range for this role is between $122,000.00 and $175,000.00. The specific salary offered to an applicant will be based on their individual qualification, experiences, and analysis of current compensation paid in their geography and the market for similar roles at time of hire. The role may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive award. In addition to cash compensation, SMBC MANUBANK offers a competitive portfolio of benefits to its employees.

Imagine helping to build and design an entire Digital Business Unit for Online Banking. We have a great opportunity for an innovative and effective Scrum Master.
We are hiring a Scrum Master with strong Information Security experience to coordinate and coach our InfoSec teams. This role will be the go-to person for applying scrum to produce high-quality work. Scrum Master duties include managing timelines, resolving problems, and coaching team members on Agile methodologies.
This candidate will work with the information Security team to deliver effective, and impactful process and scrum methodology. Ultimately, this role will help create self-organizing teams that are flexible and fully productive during sprints.
The successful candidate should have excellent knowledge of the scrum framework and SAFE including all its artifacts and techniques. This role needs a candidate with the ability to coordinate people and projects (including facilitating changes) and deliver results. We are seeking a strong communicator, a capable leader that is invested in Agile frameworks.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES :
Manage InfoSec Jira Project, including dashboards and reporting.
Coach team members and drive maturity in Agile frameworks.
Establish Sprints for selected teams.
Introduce automation within the Jira project to support standardization for project related work.
Support product owners by ensuring backlog refinement and readiness.
Ensures in depth tracking of Risks, Timelines and Dependencies both within InfoSec and our partners.
Provide visibility into gaps, issues, risks, and opportunities across Agile teams.
Manage InfoSec projects
POSITION SPECIFICATIONS :
7 years experience in project management, leading scrum teams, applying SAFe principles and framework
Certified Scrum Master, SAFe ScrumMaster, SAFe Practitioner, Agile Practitioner or similar
5 years working within the Information Security realm
