Job Site Sr Superintendent

JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Superintendent to oversee and manage the completion of a Private Residence Club located within a world-renowned ski resort located at the edge of the Grand Teton National Park. The project is an ultra-luxury custom condominium residence building with unparalleled Public Area Amenities and twenty-five (25) ultra-luxury custom condominium residences, no unit is the same. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget. The Senior Superintendent will be responsible for ensuring that the project meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
COMPENSATION
Salary commensurate with experience.
Completion bonus – amount TBD.
Temporary project housing costs will be fully reimbursed.
Bring own vehicle, vehicle allowance will be provided.
QUALIFICATIONS
· Must have 10-15 years of experience in luxury five-star residential mountain-environment construction and a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Superintendent.
· Highly focused and quality driven individual.
· Highly organized and capable of managing large volumes of priorities in an intense environment.
· Positive team player on a large team of construction management professionals and experienced subcontractors.
· Verifiable references will be required.
· Effective communicator using all modern methods such as email, text, etc. and computer capable with field use of typical construction documentation software to verify and use plans and specifications.
DUTIES
- Provide leadership and management for construction projects, including planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
- Oversee all aspects of completing construction of interior areas including construction activities and final inspections.
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure that all work meets the required standards.
- Manage and coordinate construction personnel, including subcontractors and suppliers.
- Utilize construction management software to track project progress and identify potential issues.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects meet design specifications
- Read and interpret project plans and specifications to ensure that construction work aligns with design plans.
- Conduct regular meetings with project team member, subcontractors within your area of work to ensure that everyone is aware of project goals and objectives.
SKILLS
- Strong background in construction management and supervisory experience.
- Proven ability to manage complex construction projects, including multiple subcontractors and suppliers.
- Experience with construction management software and the ability to use it to track project progress.
- Strong understanding of large residential construction projects and the ability to interpret project plans and interior design details.
- Experience with contract administration and the ability to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
