We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Warehouse Team Members. The ideal candidates will be responsible for performing various warehouse duties, ensuring efficient and accurate operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick, pack, and process orders for shipment with accuracy and efficiency.
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory, reporting any discrepancies or damage.
- Organize and maintain warehouse inventory to optimize space and ensure easy access.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks (training provided if needed).
- Perform regular inventory counts and assist with inventory management tasks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in accordance with company safety policies.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity goals.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic math and organizational skills.
- Willingness to follow safety guidelines and protocols.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends or overtime if needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $22.00 - $25.16 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
