Description
The Manager, Digital Product Strategy and Innovation (Media) will focus on developing and implementing digital products and strategies that accelerate SME Media's digital transformation, driving innovation and measurable impact. Responsible for developing and overseeing multichannel digital products and strategies to enhance SME Media's digital offerings.
This role will collaborate with content, sales, and audience teams to create user-centric digital experiences aligned with business objectives and lead the development of strategic plans informed by data-driven insights and industry best practices.
Additionally, they will collaborate with a variety of key stakeholders to manage projects and products through the entire life cycle from concept and development, to release, and ongoing maintenance and quality assurance (QA). Responsibilities include monitoring product and market trends to inform decision-making and addressing risks related to scheduling and budgeting. The role will also lead strategic initiatives aimed at advancing research, development, and innovation across SME Media's digital platforms.
MAJOR FUNCTIONS :
- Lead the development and presentation of innovative, digital products and strategies to enhance SME Media's digital capabilities and user engagement.
- Analyze organizational goals, user behavior, and market trends to provide data driven strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across SME to deliver digital media products and lead the development and of new offerings.
- Oversee the scope, schedule, budget, resource allocation and vendor relationships for strategic digital initiatives.
- Manage multiple digital strategy projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time delivery, quality outcomes, and strong relationships.
- Serve as a liaison to stakeholders, providing updates, presentations and fostering collaborative relationships.
- Assist in identifying and resolving operational issues, recommending and implementing process improvements.
- Research and monitor digital media trends to support organizational efforts and guide digital transformation of SME's media products.
- Provide subject matter expertise and insights on digital products, industry trends, and innovation to support SME media internal training and mentoring efforts.
- Other duties as assigned.
