Sno Gem is known worldwide for advanced snow retention & snow guard systems for metal, TPO, PVC, EPDM membrane, shingle, & standing seam roofs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve Sales Goals & Quotas: Drive revenue growth by meeting and surpassing established sales targets and quotas.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information within our internal database systems to enhance customer experience.
- Lead Qualification and Follow-Up: Identify and qualify sales leads, providing prompt follow-up and nurturing to move prospects through the sales funnel.
- Client Support: Assist clients with their needs, providing guidance and support to ensure their satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Proven Sales Experience: A track record of successful sales performance is required.
- Time Management: Strong time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Critical Thinking: Ability to think critically and solve problems to meet customer needs effectively.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Hours (Full-time): Monday - Friday 7:00 am to 5:00 pm in office
The position offers a competitive base salary with commission and unlimited growth potential!

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
