We are currently seeking for Thorough and Fast Cleaners to join our Company.
If you are not serious about working, not reliable, etc, please don't apply. We are looking for serious applicants. If you do not reply to messages within 2 weeks from applying, application will get rejected. If you don't show up to your 2 interviews, you will be rejected.
REQUIRED - The first part of the interview process is cleaning by yourself on A PHYSICALLY CLEANING PAID INTERVIEW - BUT YOU MUST PASS THE INTERVIEW.
*You must have your own Transportation and Must Have Your Own Supplies to get scheduled for this Interview.
REQUIRED - The second Interview will be a zoom meeting with the Owner or A Supervisor and Human Resources Dept as long as you passed the First Interview.
This part is to get to know everyone, get you access to the app, get the payroll part situated and etc. So, if you're expecting an interview, the first part must be completed first. We are open 24 hours, 7 days a week. You can apply solo, or you and a friend apply.
Must be available to work 1 weekend out of the month. Pay is based on your experience starting from $15.00/$20.00Hr "Depending on experience" for 90 days. You must maintain a 5star review in order to stay on the app and get cleanings. You can set up your own availability in the app and pick up cleanings when you're available. Must have your own transportation, to and from houses. You will be driving your own vehicle, and you need your own supplies.
Uniforms are provided after your 90 days. Cleaners that have experience can start immediately. If interested, please text or call 478-216-7887. Pay is biweekly on Friday's, and you can work your way up to weekly pay, gas incentives and etc. Keep all tips. Serious inquiries Only. Qualifications
- Core skills in cleaning, customer service, residential cleaning, floor care, and sanitation
- Premium skill in cooking
- Relevant experience in janitorial work, laundry, custodial services, hotel operations, carpet cleaning, housekeeping management, and commercial cleaning.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of designated areas to ensure a safe and hygienic environment.
- Utilize proper cleaning techniques and equipment for floor care and maintenance.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and concerns promptly.
- Assist in maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages.
- Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of cleanliness in commercial settings.
