We are currently seeking for Fast and Thorough Cleaners to join our Company.
IF YOU DON'T HAVE EXPERIENCE, YOUR OWN SUPPLIES AND YOUR OWN TRANSPORTAION, DON'T APPLY.
We are in the rebuilding stages and We are looking for serious applicants. If you do not reply to messages within 2 weeks from applying, application will get rejected. If you don't show up to your 2 interviews, you will be rejected.
REQUIRED - The first part of the interview process is cleaning by yourself AT A PHYSICAL LOCATION WHICH IS A PAID INTERVIEW AS LONG AS YOU PASS THE CLEANING INTERVIEW.
- REQUIREMENTS TO SCHEDULE YOU FIRST CLEANING INTERVIEW -
1 - You must have a valid ID and we will ask for it to put on file with your application.
2 - You must have 2 work references with contact numbers that we can verify your work history/ work ethic with that company.
3 - An email address to be able to receive notification from our Human Resources Department and so that you can have access to the app once you complete your physically cleaning interview.
4 - An application on file.
5 - Must be available for your physically Interview.
*You must have your own Transportation and Must Have Your Own Supplies to get scheduled for this Interview.
REQUIRED - The second Interview will be a zoom meeting with the Owner or A Supervisor and Human Resources Dept as long as you passed the First Interview.
This part is to get to know everyone, get you access to the app, get the payroll part situated and etc. So, if you're expecting an interview, the first part must be completed first. We are open 24 hours, 7 days a week. You can apply solo, or you and a friend apply.
Must be available to work 1 weekend out of the month. Pay is based on your experience starting from $15.00/$20.00Hr "Depending on experience" for 90 days. You must maintain a 5star review in order to stay on the app and get cleanings. You can set up your own availability in the app and pick up cleanings when you're available. Must have your own transportation, to and from houses. You will be driving your own vehicle, and you need your own supplies.
Uniforms are provided after your 90 days. Cleaners that have experience can start immediately. If interested, please text or call 478-216-7887 Human Resources or Call or Text 919-727-6001. Qualifications
- Core skills in cleaning, customer service, residential cleaning, floor care, and sanitation
- Premium skill in cooking
- Relevant experience in janitorial work, laundry, custodial services, hotel operations, carpet cleaning, housekeeping management, and commercial cleaning.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of assigned areas, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness.
- Utilize appropriate cleaning techniques and equipment for various surfaces, including floor care and buffing.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and concerns promptly.
- Maintain custodial supplies and report any maintenance issues to management.
- Assist in facilities maintenance tasks as needed, contributing to a safe and welcoming environment.
