Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Technology, Building Science, or related field.
- Five (5) plus years of similar experience.
- Excellent technical, written, graphical and verbal communication skills.
- Perform hands-on investigations, condition assessments, and construction observations of buildings.
- Conduct testing using various tools including nondestructive testing methods.
- Analyze field and laboratory data and research to facilitate problem-solving and repair design.
- Assist with preparation of client deliverables, including drawings, specifications, and written reports.
- Interface with internal and external project teams, clients, and contractors.
- Work with team members to grow your knowledge in building systems and components.
- Assist in mentoring early-career team members.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Excellent communication, report writing and customer relations skills.
- Ability to adapt to new challenges and learn new concepts.
