- Monday – Friday: 8:45 AM – 5:30 PM
- Tax Season: Saturdays three nights per week until 8 PM

Your Role: Make an Impact
As our Senior Accountant, you’ll play a critical role in helping clients achieve financial success. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love problem-solving, and have a passion for tax and financial reporting, we want to hear from you!
🔹 Prepare, analyze, and present financial reports with accuracy and insight.🔹 Ensure financial statement integrity while maintaining high-quality standards.🔹 Manage general ledger accounts for financial consistency and accuracy.🔹 Communicate directly with clients on financial reports, tax matters, and business inquiries.🔹 Prepare and review tax filings (Sales, Payroll, Forms 1040, 1065, 1120S).🔹 Oversee monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes.🔹 Mentor and guide junior accounting staff for team development.
What We’re Looking For
✔ Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s in Taxation = Bonus!)✔ CPA or relevant certification preferred✔ 3 years of experience in tax preparation, financial reporting, and bookkeeping✔ Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero & Excel✔ Strong knowledge of tax regulations (corporate & individual)✔ Exceptional organizational & communication skills
