We are currently hiring a full-time Marketing Associate to join our growing team and assist with our expansion efforts in the Southern California area. As a Marketing Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing efforts and fostering positive customer relationships.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to execute marketing campaigns that align with sales objectives and strategies.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while interacting with our local customers.
- Gather customer feedback and insights, sharing relevant information with the marketing and business development teams.
- To remain knowledgeable and effective in marketing discussions, continuously learn about marketing trends, the competitive landscape, and product enhancements.
- Participate in lead generation, and customer outreach activities to gain practical sales and marketing experience
Qualifications of the Marketing Associate Position:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred (or equivalent work experience)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Customer-focused attitude with a genuine desire to provide exceptional service
- Comfortable using a computer or Ipad
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in customer service, hospitality, or marketing is a plus
