Production Warehouse Associate
SMI Cabinetry, Inc. is a busy high-end custom commercial cabinetry manufacturer who has been in business for over 40 years. We are looking for hardworking, dependable people to join our company.
A warehouse helper will be physically active throughout their day and must be able to stand and walk for shifts ranging from 8-9 hours. You should be comfortable working in a variety of temperatures as temperatures can vary in the warehouse depending on the weather outside.
Expectations:
Able to lift and carry product weighing 50lbs. throughout a shift
Able to use basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction)
Able to accurately read labels and other documentation
Able to be trained on and operate all powered equipment safely
Able to receive and process incoming product
Able to perform basic sanitation duties to maintain a clean and safe environment
Able to clear areas of debris which may require lifting, loading and sweeping
Able shrink wrap and load on pallets or into trucks
Able to work independently
Maintain a positive and respectful attitude while working.
Able to observe all safety policies and procedures.
This position must pass a pre-employment drug test.
Must be able to work overtime as needed.
Additional Information:
Monday through Friday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
Overtime paid after 40 hours a week.
