NOTE : This is a remote position.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
- Demonstrates competency in the performance of job-related skills appropriate to his / her customer populations and departmental services.
- New Facility and Renewal Compliance applications
- Organization of all Compliance related documents and applications into One App Pro Software
- Create Special Projects and Reports utilizing Power Point, Outlook, Excel
- House Dosimetry Reports
- Review of Supervising Physician Logs
- Perform routine file Audits as specified by the Director of Compliance
- Assist Director of Compliance and Site managers in the event of inspections
- Compile information and documents for Facility Site Binders
- Provide sites with necessary Compliance Certificates when needed.
- Effectively communicates with Compliance, Executive and Site Management team if needed.
- Tracks all corporate electronic key cards and security alarm access.
- Document and tracks all product recall information.
- Orders Corporate office supplies.
- Point of contact for corporate office property management.
- Assist with mailing and fed-ex documents for Compliance Department and Corporate office.
- Duties as assigned.
- Demonstrates competency in the performance of job-related skills appropriate to his / her customer populations and departmental services while providing excellent customer service.
- Utilizes and operates equipment and mechanical devices which provide for a functional, effective, and safe environment.
- Adheres to policies, procedures, guidelines relative to departmental operations.
