This Full Time role requires availability over weekends, late-night trading hours, and public holidays.

- Create a safe, happy and welcoming environment where customers and team members feel like they’ve just stepped into a Smiggle wonderland.
- Create rosters that keep the store running smoothly and ensure the team is always supported during those peak trading times!
- Experience in leading and coaching a team with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Previous retail leadership experience.
- Passion for delivering an unforgettable customer experience.
- Proven track record of achieving sales and KPIs while managing stock and wage budgets.
- Visual merchandising experience is a big plus!
