The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current customers in order to aid customers in their success using our product. This will be done by developing an appropriate level of communication with clients and internal team members to better understand and mitigate any issues the customers may face.
Key Responsibilities
- Ability to develop and implement effective social media strategies that align with the company's goals. This includes planning content calendars, setting performance metrics, and adjusting strategies based on analytics.
- Proficiency with the various social media platforms (such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, GMB, TikTok, etc.), including their specific algorithms, user demographics, and content formats. Knowledge of how to optimize content for each platform is crucial.
- Competence in managing multiple accounts and content schedules simultaneously, often requiring excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Use social media marketing tools such as Metricool, Canva etc..
- Monitor user engagement and suggest content optimization.
- Competent in analyzing social media metrics to gauge content performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Familiarity with social media analytics tools is a must.
