Dental Hygienist Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate dental hygienist to join our team at Midwest Dental, supported by Smile Brands. As a valued member of our community, you will play a vital role in helping patients achieve their best oral health.
Job Responsibilities:
- Foster meaningful connections with patients, creating a welcoming environment where they feel comfortable and informed about their oral health.
- Provide dental prophylaxis and periodontal treatments, screen patients' periodontal health, educate patients on proper oral hygiene.
- Continually develop leadership capabilities and business acumen through continued learning opportunities provided both externally and by Smile Brands.
Requirements:
- An active state hygiene license or eligibility to become licensed (new grads are welcome)
- A competitive hourly rate of $55-$60 per hour, plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus
