Your Responsibilities
- You will support the Oshkosh community by improving smiles and building connections with neighbors and families who trust Midwest Dental for their care.
- Foster meaningful connections with patients, creating a welcoming environment where they feel comfortable and informed about their oral health.
- Partner with a supportive team that values your expertise and ideas, creating a workplace where you can thrive.
- Provide dental prophylaxis and periodontal treatments, screen patients' periodontal health, educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques, perform cancer screenings, and screen for individual needs including malocclusion and educate patients about potential impacts.
- Continually develop leadership capabilities and business acumen through continued learning opportunities provided both externally and by Smile Brands.
- You must either have an active state hygiene license or be eligible to become licensed (new grads are welcome).
- A current CPR certification is also required.
