Responsibilities
- Exceptional Patient Care : Provide outstanding patient care while creating a welcoming and positive experience, guided by our G3 model - Greeting, Guiding, and Gratitude.
- Promote Inclusion and Safety : Ensure a Safe Smile Space (S3) for all patients and team members, fostering a secure and inclusive environment.
- Preventive and Therapeutic Care : Deliver professional dental prophylaxis and periodontal treatments to enhance patients' oral health.
- Oral Health Assessments : Conduct thorough screenings to assess patients' periodontal health and identify any potential oral health issues.
- Patient Education : Teach patients about personalized oral hygiene techniques and the implications of various dental conditions to encourage proactive health management.
- Comprehensive Care Approach : Identify individual patient needs and provide recommendations to improve overall oral and systemic health.
- Continuous Development : Engage in professional development opportunities to advance your leadership, clinical, and business skills through Smile Brands' learning programs.
