As a dental hygienist, you'll help patients in the community achieve their best oral health. While you're supporting the community, we'll support you with a loupes reimbursement incentive, virtual and in person continuing education opportunities, a flexible schedule, and competitive compensation / benefits. Our office is growing and this position will be the second hygienist in the office. Melrose, MN is a charming, close-knit community that offers the perfect blend of small-town warmth and outdoor adventure along with convenient access to larger cities like St. Cloud. Take pride in supporting the Melrose community by improving smiles and building connections with neighbors and families who trust Midwest Dental for their care. Foster meaningful connections with patients, creating a welcoming environment where they feel comfortable and informed about their oral health. Provide dental prophylaxis and periodontal treatments, screen patients' periodontal health, education patients on proper oral hygiene. Continually develop leadership capabilities and business acumen through continued learning opportunities provided both externally and by Smile Brands. Either an active state hygiene license or eligibility to become licensed (new grads are welcome!) 40 -$45 per hour
