- Track sterilization processes and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Help with maintaining records and documenting sterilization processes.
- Work closely with the healthcare team to ensure proper instrument handling and sterilization protocol is followed.
- Experience or certification in sterile processing or a related field, with a passion for ensuring safety and cleanliness.
- Knowledge of sterilization techniques and infection control protocols.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain focus in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to working in a team-oriented setting.
- Previous experience as a Sterile Technician is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
