Job Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients with a warm, friendly attitude
Explain treatment plans and financial options clearly
Coordinate appointments and follow up with patients
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Assist on marketing events and reaching out to the the community to generate New Patients
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Dental office experience preferred (but willing to train the right candidate!)
✔ Strong communication and customer service skills
✔ Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
✔ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
✔ Knowledge of dental insurance and treatment planning is a plus
Bilingual- Spanish
