We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. Duties
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a warm and welcoming manner.
- Manage incoming calls using phone systems, directing calls to appropriate personnel as needed.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members.
- Handle correspondence, including emails and mail, ensuring timely responses.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Assist with billing and invoicing processes using QuickBooks when necessary.
- Provide support for medical or dental reception tasks as required.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer support role; experience as a medical or dental receptionist is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in data entry with excellent computer literacy skills.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks is desirable but not mandatory.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Previous experience as a personal assistant is an advantage but not required.
