As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for organizing and coordinating administration duties, creating a pleasant work environment, and ensuring effective communication and safety. Responsibilities:
- Serve as the point person for office management, including maintenance, supplies, equipment, bills, errands, and shopping.
- Organize the office layout, order stationery and equipment, and maintain the office condition.
- Partner with HR to update office policies and ensure their implementation.
- Coordinate office operations and procedures, including IT support.
- Manage contracts and negotiate prices with vendors, service providers, and office lease.
- Oversee the office General and Administrative budget and provide timely reporting.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
- Maintain accurate insurance filing and posting, treatment planning, financial discussions, and scheduling.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Office Manager.
- Knowledge of office administration responsibilities, systems, and procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS Outlook.
- Hands-on experience with office machines (e.g., fax machines and printers).
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Outstanding organizational and planning skills.
- Creative mindset with a willingness to suggest improvements.
- Knowledgeable in insurance filing and posting, treatment planning, financial discussions, and scheduling.
