Key Responsibilities
- Present and explain comprehensive treatment plans to patients, ensuring clarity and addressing concerns
- Conduct financial consultations, including insurance verification and payment arrangements
- Build and maintain strong patient relationships to foster trust and ensure a positive experience
- Manage patient scheduling, treatment coordination, and follow-up communication
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure seamless patient care and efficient operations
- Maintain accurate patient records and financial documentation
- Proactively address patient inquiries and concerns, resolving issues effectively
Schedule
- Monday: 7:40 AM 5:00 PM
- Tuesday: 7:30 AM 5:00 PM
- Wednesday: 6:30 AM 4:00 PM
- Thursday: 7:30 AM 5:00 PM
- Friday/Saturday: Alternating weekly, 7:30 AM 2:00 PM
