Position Overview: As a Dental Assistant at Birmingham Family Dentistry, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our patients receive exceptional care. You will work closely with our dentist Dr. Alias to provide high-quality dental procedures and maintain a smooth operation of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist dentists during various dental procedures.
- Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment.
- Take and develop dental X-rays.
- Record and update patient medical histories.
- Provide patients with post-operative care instructions and general dental hygiene advice.
- Manage patient appointments and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure the dental office is clean, organized, and complies with infection control regulations.
Office schedule 30 hours:
Monday: 9:00am-5pm
Tuesday: 9:00am-5pm
Wednesday: 9:00am-5pm
Thursday: 10am-6pm
