Smile Partners is working with the team at Dentistry of Sugar Hill to secure a full-time Coordinator!
We are seeking a Treatment Coordinator to assist in the front and back office. Dr. Zachary Powell, the founder of Dentistry of Sugar Hill, and Dr. James Carter possess a combined 50 years of experience performing restorative and cosmetic dentistry in the Atlanta area. We are passionate about creating lasting relationships with our patients and their solving oral health and aesthetic concerns. Our office is a high end, PPO office with long standing patient bases and strong reputations, respectively. Located at 4520 Nelson Brogdon Blvd. Sugar Hill, GA 30518.
The ideal Insurance Coordinator candidate will be caring, team-player, and motivated people-person with a strong work ethic and superior customer service skills.
Duties:
- Scheduling appointments
- Checking patients in and out
- Treatment plan presentations
- Verifying insurance
- Answering phones
- Obtaining needed information
- Collecting payments
- Back office assistance as assigned
Compensation:
- Based on experience starting at $21.00/hour
- Full time employees receive access to our comprehensive benefit package within their first 90 days of employment
Requirements:
- Previous dental experience preferred
- Insurance verification experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience is preferred
Schedule:
- Full-Time 4 Days/Week*
- Monday - Thursday 8:00am - 5:00pm
- Every other Friday may be needed in the future*
- No Weekends!
