Job Title: Dental Concierge

We are seeking a friendly and professional Dental Concierge to join our team at Smile Snob, a dental studio.

We are located on the first floor of the 1750 St. Charles Ave Condominiums. Right across from the Houston’s restaurant.

The Dental Concierge is responsible for creating a welcoming and informative experience for our patients from the moment they enter our office.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greeting patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner, both in person and over the phone

- Scheduling patient appointments and managing the office calendar

- Providing patients with information about our services and answering any questions they may have

- Managing patient files and ensuring that all necessary forms and information are complete and accurate

- Collaborating with the dental team to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the office

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Proven customer service experience

- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills

- Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment

- Comfortable working with dental software and equipment
